This fragrant rose was bred from the world famous 'Peace' rose. It gives large, full, hot pink blooms with a violet-pink reverse. Dark green leathery foliage and perfume of strong lemon and rose. Tall upright growth with short breaks in between bloom cycles. The long canes, strong fragrance, and huge blooms make it a perfect cut rose. Bred in 1958.
In our garden this rose is absolutely smothered in blooms each summer and you cannot miss the bright color and perfume wafting in the air. It has become a favorite in our garden and has strong, long stems making a stunning bouquet. These photos were taken from our garden with an iPhone.
