A stunning French rose exuding the most beautiful fragrance of strong anise, raspberry, and strawberry. A true red rose with old fashioned, quartered blooms and a hybrid tea form. This rose claims fragrance awards and has proven to hold up well under humidity, rain, and heat. Bred in 2000.
Our Experience🌱
This fragrance is one of our most favorite and the foliage is absolutely beautiful. We have it growing in morning sun only, which I think helps keep the blooms from scorching on the hottest days. This past spring we planted one in full sun to see how it holds up there. We are using this name because the original name is trademarked but not patented. These photos were taken from our garden with an iPhone.

Ships in a 1 gallon pot with well established roots. Own root. All our roses are within their first year. Please consider this when purchasing. If you live in a cold zone, spring planting is best and fall planting is not advised. This advice is based on our experience here in zone 5b.
